
The official order of funeral arrangements for High Chief (Eng) Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi have been released by the family in an e-Invite.

The official funeral activities commence on Monday 29th May 2023 with a evening of Tributes Ceremony holding at the international conference center Abuja at about 4:00pm. On Tuesday 20th June 2023 there will be a Requiem Mass at the Church of the Assumption in Asokoro Abuja at 12:00noon. A reception will follow immediately at the Dokpesi’s palacial hilltop mansion within the DAAR communications compound in Asokoro. The body of Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi leaves for his hometown Agenebode Etsako east local government area in Edo state on Wednesday 21st June 2023 where there will be a liturgy of songs upon scheduled arrival in the evening at 5:00pm in Agenebode.
Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi will be interred (Buried) in is house in Agenebode at 11:00am in the morning of Thursday 22nd June 2023 following a funeral mass that will finally usher his body into the grave. There will be entertainment of guest at the St Peter’s Secondary School Agenebode at 2:00pm. The final burial arrangements closes with a Thanksgiving Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Agenebode at 9:00am.

Raymond Dokpesi was a globally renowned broadcaster and Chairman DAAR Communications Plc owners of Africa Independent Television, Raypower 100.5 FM radio and FAAJI FM. He was a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party and a former candidate in Nigerias Presidential elections during the military era.
The late High Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi passed-on on the afternoon of 29th of May 2023 during a routine excercise activity. He is survived by wives, children and grand children.
