American superstar actor of the Mission Impossible movie series Tom Cruise recently closed a deal to sell a home he personal built for $39.5Million (about N16.3Billion Naira).
Immediately the house was published foe sale by the Realtor it they received an offer in less than a month. According to Forbes magazibes the property is a 10,000 square foot four bedroom main house, a three bedroom guesthouse and includes a 320 acre ranch in Telluride Colorado. It has a Mile long drive way from the gated entrance and has a stunning view of mountains and valleys. It has a sports court for Tennis, Basketball and Ice hockey.
Cruise is one of the World’s most successful and wealthiest actors with over 4 decades in the movie industry. Oprah interviewed Tom Cruise in the same home in 2005 and was so taken with the property and view that she bought her own home nearby in 2016.
Cruise spent several years designing and constructing the native Stone and Cedar home, classic mountain style, with wood-beamed ceilings, wood-paneled walls and stone fireplaces. He was able to complete it in 1994.
Though no reason for selling the property has been given there are strong speculations that the actor hasn’t used the house for sometime. Cruise has recently been busy filling in Europe. Also the buyer has been kept anonymous.
